I started my trainer business two years ago, and it's grown to the point that my partner and I can't handle the workload. We were concerned that bringing on new, untested people might tarnish our built up reputation, and we wanted to make sure they'd have the skills, knowledge, and tools to perform their best. When we came across this course, it sounded like a good solution. After running through the training materials here with several of our new hires, we sent them into the field. While there were one or two slip ups, they all performed admirably. We'll be using this courseware to train all of our new hires in the future, and I'll be recommending it to my colleagues as well.
